Mrs. Harrington's professional experience includes many different areas in the dance education field. She has been dancing since the age of 5 with education in Florida, Boston, and NYC from instructors such as Joe Tremaine, Frank Hatchett, Maurice Hines, and Pam Raff. Tracy Harrington has been an instructor for Creative Steps since it opened in 1998. She works with our dancers in ballet, tap, jazz, and tumbling for ages three to adult. Ms. Harrington is known for her classes in the Creative Steps pre-school program due to her exciting time tested curriculum, vivacious personality, and love of children. Ms. Harrington is also a choreographer for the Creative Steps Dance Company where she has most recently choreographed multiple pieces to win multiple prestigious awards. She is able to bring her students to a level of technique where dance is fun yet challenging.

Jule Finley earned her BA in Dramatic Arts in New York with a minor in choreography. While in college, she studied music theater dance, jazz, modern and ballet. She began teaching theater to children in 1987 and has taught in New York, Texas and New Hampshire. Jenness Nordstrom is from NH and has been dancing since the age of three. She continued through high school and college graduating with a degree in Nursing. Her dance focus was and still is on ballet, contemporary, and jazz. Jenness has continued taking master classes, teaching, and performing with different dance troupes through her adult life. She currently performs and choreographs with different local theater companies. Jenness is very passionate about dance and her students. She believes dance is for everyone and ALL ages. She loves all genres of dance! While not at the studio or performing, you can find her at home with her husband and homeschooling their four children.
Born and raised in New Hampshire Brianna has been dancing since the age of 5. As an established dancer she competed regionally and nationally with C.S.D.C winning numerous regional and national titles with well known competitions such as A.D.A, V.I.P., and Candance. She has been an instructor with Creative Steps since 2008 working with all age, levels, and abilities. During her dance career Brianna has had the privilege of learning from well known names and organizations in the dance field such as Jason Janas, Sean Fielder, Andrew Turtletaub, Orlando Ballet, and The Boston Ballet, to name a few. She has also had the opportunity to dance with the off broadway show of 42nd St., perform at Disney World and Universal Studios, and was part of DsundanceX. Brianna tries to inspire her dancers to think outside of the box and work hard doing what they love.
Carrie (Garcia) Waldron began her early dance training in Gilford, NH. As a teen, she received extensive training in the Vaganova syllabus with Petit Papillon in Concord, NH, and performed regularly with Central New Hampshire Youth Ballet. After traveling internationally for several years, Carrie continued her dance training under Amanda Whitworth (contemporary) and Lois Hanks (ballet) at Plymouth State University; during this time, she was invited to teach ballet and modern dance throughout the Lakes Region. In 2009, Carrie moved to Baltimore and danced professionally with the Ballet Theatre of Maryland. Today, Carrie lives with her husband and three children in Laconia, NH; she is very much looking forward to continuing joining the faculty at Creative Steps!
